What attracted you to the field of fitness and exercise?
Lol! As hokie and cliché as it may seem, I genuinely love to help people and inspire them from the inside/out. Plus, you can learn so much about people when they make Progress and Change the way they view themselves. The exterior results are the Bi-Product.

A typical (or not so typical) day in the work-life for you:
Early Riser 4:30am. Workout/Meditate/Seeking Clarity/Review Daily Goals (attack the day bit by bit), chunking tasks, coaching calls, Zoom, building online funnels, sales training, communicating with the Team, and putting out fires in my personal life (being resourceful). Or adjusting to a task.
How did you get your current job in fitness and exercise?
This was the next phase. After 11 years of Real Sweat Equity offline, such as building a company, developing hundreds of Fit Pro's, and creating No Luck Systems offline, I brought my platform online to serve and develop a larger audience. This was the natural phase.
What skills were you born with and what skills have you learned along the way?
If I had to lean on a few I was born with: Discernment, Diligence, and Understanding.
Skills I learned along the way are: Always take responsibility, create leverage, show vulnerability, and make the tough choices first.
What advice do you have for others wanting to be just as successful and fulfilled as you?
Create a Vision. Attach your identity to something that fulfills YOU. Serve your way to the top. Take action and figure the rest out later.
If you could be paid for your job with something other than a paycheck, what would it be? Huge air balloons floating across the skies communicating how people were inspired and got better working with me. Organic Compliments.
