ExerciseJobs: What attracted you to the field of fitness and exercise?
Lisa Felder, ‘Mama Lisa’: I guess you can say my four brothers (way over 6 feet tall) got me involved in basketball and to help control my weight problem. It was a long journey being overweight that led me to teaching my son at an early age that health is your wealth. At the age of 5, I enrolled my son in an after-school soccer program which led me to running.
