What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist at ORS, you will:
Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation in an evidence based clinic
Treat patients of all ages with a diverse orthopedic caseload
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Apply clinical reasoning and effective therapy interventions
Build and grow a patient caseload in your area of specialty
Collaborate with experienced clinicians in a supportive team environment
Focus on achieving meaningful outcomes and helping patients return to the activities they love
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate demonstrates:
An advanced degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent
A current, valid Illinois Physical Therapist license
Legal authorization to work in the United States
An excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and clinical reasoning abilities
The ability to effectively perform and document therapy interventions

Compensation & Benefits
Starting annualized compensation: $72,000–$100,000, including base compensation and performance-based bonus, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
