What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist at ORS, you will:

  • Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation in an evidence based clinic

  • Treat patients of all ages with a diverse orthopedic caseload

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Apply clinical reasoning and effective therapy interventions

  • Build and grow a patient caseload in your area of specialty

  • Collaborate with experienced clinicians in a supportive team environment

  • Focus on achieving meaningful outcomes and helping patients return to the activities they love

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate demonstrates:

  • An advanced degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent

  • A current, valid Illinois Physical Therapist license

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

  • An excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent analytical and clinical reasoning abilities

  • The ability to effectively perform and document therapy interventions

New graduates are encouraged to apply! Experienced clinicians provide support and guidance to help new graduates build confidence and succeed.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting annualized compensation: $72,000–$100,000, including base compensation and performance-based bonus, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Monday–Friday | 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
