Make an Impact Where It Matters Most Our physical therapy team helps children improve their strength, balance, coordination, mobility, motor development, and functional independence. By providing therapy in the home, you can incorporate treatment into a child’s everyday routines while partnering directly with parents and caregivers to support meaningful, lasting progress. What You’ll Do As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will: Provide individualized pediatric physical therapy in the home setting Evaluate children and develop individualized care plans Implement treatment plans based on each child’s needs, goals, and family priorities Address mobility, strength, balance, coordination, gross motor development, and functional independence Recommend therapeutic activities, strategies, and equipment when appropriate Monitor progress and adjust care plans to support meaningful outcomes Educate and empower parents and caregivers to maximize carryover between visits Collaborate with caregivers, ATPs, orthotists, physicians, and other members of the care team Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Build meaningful relationships with children and families throughout their care journey Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Texas Physical Therapist license New graduates may be considered based on mentorship and support availability Pediatric or home health experience is preferred but not required Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain it Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to travel within an assigned service area Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Dependable, compassionate, and family-centered approach to care Benefits and Perks Eligible employees may receive: $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time hires Bonus opportunities Flexible scheduling Vacation time, paid holidays, and sick time Medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees working 32 or more hours per week 401(k) with company match Professional development resources Employee discount program with savings on wellness, fitness, travel, entertainment, and more Employee referral incentives of up to $5,000 for referring other full-time therapists Benefit eligibility and availability may vary based on employment status and position.
