Position Summary

Provides physical therapy services to patients in acute inpatient and outpatient settings. Evaluates patient needs, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, pain management, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions for acute and outpatient patients with a variety of conditions.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing, case management, and other healthcare professionals on patient care and discharge planning.
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, home programs, treatment goals, and injury prevention.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
  • Supervise and support PTAs, aides, and students as appropriate.
  • Participate in quality improvement, education, and departmental activities while maintaining patient safety and infection control standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; master's or doctorate degree preferred.
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • One (1) to two (2) years of acute care and/or outpatient experience preferred.
  • New graduates with strong clinical experience may be considered.

Job Type: Full-time, Variable Shift

Pay: $90,000-$135,000/Annually
