Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health - South Fulton

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled rehabilitation services to patients as outlined in the Plan of Treatment
- Evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy modalities to develop and restore function
- Deliver rehabilitative physical therapy in patients' homes as prescribed by a physician
Qualifications:
- Current PT licensure in Georgia with no sanctions
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience in Home Health is preferred but Not required

The Physical Therapist role includes an $10,000 retention bonus, which will be split into four equal payments and paid quarterly over the course of one year.
