Shift offered:  Regular visit - Per Diem

As a Physical Therapist on our team, you'll be:

At the forefront of assessing and evaluating therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status, directing physical therapy treatment, and providing crucial instruction to patients and their families on the use of therapeutic appliances. See no more than 5 patients a day!

1-on-1 care only; no Group Therapy sessions!

Territory: Central King County (Downtown and West Seattle) 



Qualifications

Job qualifications:

  • An active PT license in WA State

 

  • A reliable car with current insurance coverage and a current driver's license

 

  • Experience working in a Medicare certified Home Health agency

 

  • Organized and self-starting to manage caseload/scheduling independently.
