The person in this role will also record treatments given and note progress in medical records.  In this role, you are entrusted to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.  The primary responsibility of the Physical Therapist (PT) is to plan, delegate and provide safe and competent physical therapy interventions as ordered by physician.  In this role, you are entrusted to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.                     THE MUST HAVES:Must be a graduate of an accredited 2-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy AssociationExperience in providing appropriate care in post-acute or long-term care environment (preferred)Current, unencumbered, active Colorado Physical Therapy Assistant or Physical Therapist License (required)CPR (as requested)Must maintain a valid, unrestricted Colorado driver’s licenseAbility to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check. COVID Vaccine Required or Valid Exemption.Vivage is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
