Join the Greater South Shore's Leading Teaching Practice for Physical Therapy

If you're a PT who wants to actually practice, not chase productivity numbers, Peak Physical Therapy and Sports Performance was built for you. Peak is a Highbar Practice, built around clinical autonomy, real mentorship, and a career that doesn't require burning out to succeed. The kind of practice where you get to practice at the top of your license (PATTOTL)! Here's what sets this role apart:

  • Patient volume: Under 12 patients per day
  • Student loans: We pay them down until they're gone
  • Professional development: $15,000+ invested in your first 18-24 months
  • Visit structure: 1:1 patient care
  • Documentation: AI-supported + Prompt EMR to cut down on after-hours charting
  • Schedules: Predictable and thoughtfully built
  • Autonomy: You decide the plan of care - PT-led clinical decisions
  • Support staff: Exercise Specialists on the floor, so you can focus on being a clinician
  • Leadership: Direct access to PT leaders who have been in your shoes

We believe clarity builds trust. If something starts to creep toward burnout, leadership intervenes early. That's part of the job design, not an afterthought.

Mentorship & Professional Development:

Peak is a teaching practice by design. Professional development is part of your workweek- not something you squeeze in to meet your CEU requirements:
  • 2 paid mentorship hours/week for your first 12 weeks
  • Structured onboarding with a Clinic Director + Peer Mentor
  • Monthly Skillz meetings (onsite CE, every month)
  • Core-4 Series to align clinical decision-making and PATTOTL principles
  • In-house Orthopedic Residency, Dry Needling (Level I & II), and COMT pathways
  • Specialty SIGs (Pelvic Health, Sports, Neuro, Vestibular, Pediatrics, and more)
