Home Services Unlimited provides Medicare-certified home health care throughout the Indianapolis area. We currently are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide therapy in our patients' homes. 

Requirements: Graduate of approved physical therapy program.  Current license to practice as PT in Indiana.  Minimum of one-year clinical experience (prefer past experience in home care).  Good communication skills.  Ability to work as team member.
