Responsibilities 

• Perform evaluations and assessments for foot, ankle, and lower extremity conditions. 

• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, modalities, and gait training. 

• Support recovery from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical procedures, sports-related conditions, and chronic pain 

• Collaborate closely with podiatrists and clinical staff to deliver integrated, patient-centered care 

• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, footwear, and long-term mobility strategies 

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes 

• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation 

What We’re Looking For 

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program 

• Current state Physical Therapist license and CPR/BLS certification 

• Strong understanding of foot and ankle biomechanics and lower extremity function 

• Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving skills 

• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient care and continuous learning 

• Experience in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, or outpatient care preferred, but not required
