Job Description:

Licensed Physical Therapist (Full-time) 
Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient 

Location: 795 Franklin Ave, Franklin Lakes, NJ 07417

Compensation: $100000 - $110000 per year

Sign-On Bonus: $5000

About the Ivy Rehab Franklin Lakes Clinic

• Join a large, fun veteran team of five Physical Therapists and eight support staff (PT Aides, Front Desk)
• Great mentorship opportunities with many different specialties in the clinic and nearby offices, perfect for new graduates!
• Beautiful office with an open layout and lots of natural sunlight
• Treat a diverse orthopedic caseload including post-operative, sports medicine, Neuro/Vestibular, Medicare, and general musculoskeletal conditions
• Daily expectation of 13 patients/day, inclusive of 1-2 new patient appointments
• 40% of patients are return patients or have been referred by current/past patients, showing significant loyalty to the Franklin Lakes team and local community

Qualifications 

• Licensed (or pending licensure) Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania  
• Graduate of an accredited PT program  
• Team-oriented with a passion for learning and professional growth  
• Interest in specialty areas such as sports, pelvic health, vestibular, neuro, geriatrics, or pediatrics
