HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT THAN BIG BOX GYMS?
- Don't have to be in the gym at 5am and then also at 10pm---you only work your assigned shift
- Clientele is built for you through world-class marketing
- Work for a global brand (67+ countries) where the product sells itself
- Part time (a set schedule that is mutually agreed upon)
- Pay is attendance-based. The more you fill your classes, the more you get paid. Up to $35 per class plus $10 on top of that if it's the last class of the day

THE PEOPLE WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coaching and motivating members of the studio while leading them through predetermined workouts
- Conduct in person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members
- Have (or be taught) the knowledge and ability to correct exercise form to prevent injuries
- Promote and sell only F45 services in studio, assist in membership growth and retention
- Own the member experience
- Sales, studio tours, membership signs ups, etc.
- F45 Challenge (assist in sign ups and creating hype)
- Demonstrate and complete every exercise in the workouts with perfect form
- Able to give regressions and progressions for all exercises
- Set up, break down, clean and store away equipment around studio floor before and/ or after classes
QUALIFICATIONS
- Character, care, and communication skills
- Energetic and attentive
- Must understand (or be willing to be taught) functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be clear, comfortable with public speaking
- Demonstrate knowledge and usage of social media such as Instagram and Facebook
- Required to be on their feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout
CERTIFICATIONS
- Nationally accredited current fitness certification - NASM, ISSA, NSA, ACSM, PTA Global, AFAA
- Preference will be given to candidates who hold NASM or ISSA certifications, but not required
- Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification. If you do not have, we will help you obtain it.
