Our outpatient Therapy Center in Ridgefield, CT is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing multidisciplinary team focused on orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive, hands-on clinical environment alongside Board-Certified Clinical Specialists while treating a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting designed around quality care-not volume.

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Connecticut (or eligible)
  • Strong interest in orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation
  • Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
  • Passion for patient-centered, high-quality care
  • New graduates encouraged to apply

Compensation:
The full time pay range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 per year and represents RVNAhealth's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience, and expertise related to the qualifications.
