provide one -on -one care across outpatient, inpatient, swing bed, and skilled
nursing settings.<\/span>

<\/p>What You’ll Do<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>- Provide prescribed physical therapy
treatments and evaluate effectiveness<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Perform comprehensive patient
assessments and reassessments<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Maintain accurate documentation and
billing<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure compliance with safety and
regulatory standards<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Collaborate with physicians and
interdisciplinary teams<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Support pain management and
coordinate patient care plans<\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>What We’re Looking For<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>- Active California Physical
Therapist license<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Current BCLS certification<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Strong knowledge of anatomy,
physiology, and therapy modalities<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Familiarity with infection control
and safety practices<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- A patient -first mindset and strong
communication skills<\/span><\/span>

<\/p>- $15,000 Sign -On Bonus (Full -Time) - $7,500 @ hire & $7500 after 2 years<\/span><\/span>
