Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Guide residents through exercise programs, gait training, and functional activities
• Assist with positioning, transfers, and use of assistive devices
• Monitor patient response and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate with therapists, nursing staff, and families to support care plans
