Post Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents recovering from surgery, illness, injury, and other conditions that impact mobility and daily function.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercise programs, gait training, balance activities, transfer training, and mobility interventions
• Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate updates to the Physical Therapist
• Support individualized care plans designed to improve strength, safety, and functional independence
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to support resident goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license required
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
