Develops, coordinates, and maintains Physical Therapy services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners, and patient/family.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or,
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or,
- D.P.T. in Physical Therapy
- Alaska Physical Therapist License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience and credentials in sub-specialty.
