We are hiring for Physical Therapist position at Providence Rehab Services in Anchorage, AK!

This position is Per Diem, 0.01 FTE, Variable Shift, Hours Per Week as needed

Develops, coordinates, and maintains Physical Therapy services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners, and patient/family.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or, 
  • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or, 
  • D.P.T. in Physical Therapy     
  • Alaska Physical Therapist License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience and credentials in sub-specialty.
