Physical Therapy - Physical Therapist (PT)

Grow your rehabilitation career as a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment working 8-hour day shifts with 35 guaranteed hours per week. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with physical functioning disorders, mobility limitations, and wound care needs while developing individualized treatment plans that promote recovery, independence, and improved quality of life. This role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and adherence to evidence-based rehabilitation practices. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience required
LTC or Rehab experience required
Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist License required
BLS Certification required
New graduates considered with Level II clinical experience (Level I observation only not accepted)
Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills required
Experience with geriatric and rehabilitation populations preferred
Ability to supervise PTAs, rehabilitation aides, and students required
Excellent communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills required
