Physical Therapist (Full-Time Float) – Mansfield, LA

Diamond Rehab is seeking a motivated and qualified Physical Therapist for a full-time float position covering Mansfield Nursing Center and DeSoto Retirement in Mansfield, Louisiana.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing/rehab setting
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or graduating within 6 months)
• Current or eligible for Louisiana Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication and patient care skills
