The Opportunity
Boost Home Healthcare is a Medicare-certified, ACHC-accredited agency in Brookline. We are looking for one exceptional PT to join our ground-floor team. If you want supplemental income without the red tape of a large corporation, this role is built for you.
Work where you want: Boston, Cambridge, Brookline, Newton, Needham, Wellesley, Quincy, and Milton.

What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Complete accurate OASIS assessments and timely documentation.
- Coordinate care planning with physicians and our clinical team.
- Supervise PTAs as needed per Massachusetts standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Licensure: Active Massachusetts PT license in good standing.
- Experience: 1+ years in home health, outpatient, or rehab preferred.
- Reliability: Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Availability: Able to commit to at least 2–4 visits per week (flexible timing).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicare OASIS (training is available).
