Physical Therapy - Physical Therapist (PT)

Join a patient-focused rehabilitation team as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week assignment working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with the flexibility to work 4x10-hour shifts and a 40-hour guarantee. The PTA will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver individualized rehabilitation services that improve patient mobility, function, strength, and independence. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) experience required
Active Illinois Physical Therapist Assistant License required
BLS Certification (AHA) required
Must reside outside the 50-mile facility radius
Current Physical Therapy Assistant skills checklist completed within 1 year required
2 Supervisory References with employment dates required
Strong communication and patient education skills required
Ability to work independently within the PTA scope of practice required
Experience in rehabilitation and functional mobility interventions preferred
