Ultimate Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab department in a part-time position. We're seeking a clinician who enjoys creating positive patient experiences and helping residents improve movement, confidence, and everyday function.

In This Role You Will:

• Provide therapy treatments under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with strengthening exercises, balance activities, walking programs, and transfer training
• Encourage resident participation and support progress toward mobility goals
• Observe patient response during sessions and communicate updates to the rehab team
• Complete accurate treatment documentation and maintain therapy records

Qualifications:

• Active PTA license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
