We are looking for a Part-Time Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy services for children and families across the DFW area. What You’ll Do
As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child’s needs, goals, and family priorities
Provide direct physical therapy services in the home setting
Support gross motor development, mobility, strength, coordination, balance, motor planning, and functional movement
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to help children achieve meaningful outcomes
Recommend adaptive equipment or assistive devices when appropriate and train families on proper use in daily routines
Partner closely with parents and caregivers to support carryover between visits
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, child-centered care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports
What We’re Looking For
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, DPT or equivalent
Active Physical Therapy license in Texas
One year of experience preferred
Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
Home health experience is a plus
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with children and families
A compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented approach to care
Commitment to providing high-quality, family-centered therapy
