Physical Therapist Assistant

Now Seeking a Spanish-Speaking Physical Therapist Assistant

We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join a private outpatient clinic. In this role, you’ll help patients work through recovery plans, improve mobility, and build strength in a structured clinical setting. This position calls for someone who is comfortable working directly with patients and can communicate in Spanish when needed.

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient an hour
Salary: $65,000-$75,000/year DOE plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Assist with treatment sessions under PT direction
• Lead patients through exercise programs and functional activities
• Observe responses to treatment and report changes
• Keep patient notes current and organized
• Support Spanish-speaking patients during visits

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Active Florida PTA license
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Spanish speaking required
