Physical Therapist Assistant

The Staff Pad has partnered with Modoc Medical Center<\/b>, a critical access hospital in northeastern California, to hire a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)<\/b>.

What You’ll Do<\/b><\/span>
<\/h3>

• Provide safe, effective care under the supervision of Physical Therapists
  <\/li>
• Support patient progress using evidence -based interventions
  <\/li>
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
  <\/li>
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care teams
  <\/li>
• Ensure compliance with PT practice standards, EMR use, and safety protocols
  <\/li>
• Participate in training, program development, and team initiatives
  <\/li><\/ul>

  What We’re Looking For<\/b><\/span>
  <\/h3>

  • Graduate of an APTA -accredited PTA program<\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Active California PTA license<\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Current BLS/CPR certification<\/b>
    <\/li>
  • EMR proficiency and interest or experience in outpatient, acute, or SNF settings
    <\/li>
  • Strong communication skills and a team -oriented mindset
    <\/li><\/ul>
