The Staff Pad is proud to be partnering with a reputed healthcare organization in Helena, MT and we are seeking to recruit a skilled and motivated Physical Therapy Supervisor for an Outpatient Sports Rehab team. What You’ll Do:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
  • <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Play a key leadership role by assisting the Department Director in the day -to -day operations of a dynamic outpatient physical therapy clinic<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain a balanced and rewarding role, with 75–85% dedicated to hands -on patient care and 15–25% focused on leadership and supervisory responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to outpatient Physical Therapists at their location<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Lead regular one -to -one check -in meetings with PT staff and partner with the Department Director to complete annual performance evaluations for staff Physical Therapists<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Facilitate team PT meetings in collaboration with the Director and delegate projects to staff as needed<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate closely with the Director and PT Manager to design and implement outreach strategies that strengthen relationships with medical providers and the broader community<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Promote strong collaboration between the PT teams and club management to enhance patient and member experience<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure consistent adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards by all staff<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Serve as a positive, inspiring role model while partnering with leadership to advance service excellence and achieve quality outcomes<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Participate in the recruitment process by assisting with PT candidate interviews and coordinate structured onboarding and orientation to ensure clinical competency and safety<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Provide strategic input to the Director regarding long -term planning for physical therapy services, budgeting, program growth, and equipment needs<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Meet bi -monthly with the Department Director to monitor budget, discuss short -term plans and address ongoing challenges<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Serve as a primary liaison for PT students, coordinating clinical internships and observational learning experiences<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Support timely resolution of operational and clinical issues to ensure productivity and workflow standards are consistently met<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Encourage and supports staff in setting professional goals that advance clinical expertise and ensure delivery of high -quality, evidence -based care<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>

    What We Are Looking For:
    Experience:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Demonstrated clinical expertise in delivering high -quality, evidence -based care and developing plans of care approved by attending physicians.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience in program development, staff supervision, and proven ability to market services effectively.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong background in delivering exceptional customer service.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      Education:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p>

      • Graduate of accredited school for Physical Therapy.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        Licensures:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p>

        • Licensed in the state of Montana as a Physical Therapist.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
