Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Physical Therapist, you will help patients experiencing a wide range of physical challenges—including orthopedic injury, surgery recovery, traumatic brain injury, stroke, or balance conditions—restore their mobility and functional strength so they can regain their independence and achieve optimal health outcomes.
Every day you will collaborate with a supportive team of clinical professionals in a busy, fast-paced environment. You will be expected to perform the majority of treatments yourself, delivering direct, hands-on care tailored to each patient's unique recovery journey.

- Perform initial patient evaluations as well as re-evaluations to indicate the level of progress
- Document all treatments and note any status changes
- Tailor treatments to individual patients as needed
- Seek new learning opportunities and be a resource when others need to learn from you
Job Requirements
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting
- Licensed by AZ State Board of Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapist
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certificate
Preferred
- Master's or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area
- Two (2) years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical care
