We are growing and seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our clinic-based pediatric outpatient team in Katy, TX. This role is ideal for PTs who enjoy hands-on pediatric care, teamwork, and a consistent clinic schedule.

To support flexibility and attract exceptional clinicians, we offer two compensation models for our therapy team members: Hourly Compensation or Pay-Per-Visit (PPV). Each model is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and growth while maintaining consistency in patient care.

• A traditional 40-hour work week
• Four 9-hour days with a half-day Friday, or
• Four 10-hour days for a longer weekend

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate therapy through play-based and functional activities
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure high-quality care
• Document patient progress clearly and accurately

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas – REQUIRED
• Pediatric experience preferred (new pediatric PTs welcome to apply)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
