Logan Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to join our team in Shelby, Montana. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a close-knit community while enjoying the beauty, pace, and outdoor lifestyle of Montana’s Hi-Line.
In this role, you will plan and implement individualized treatment programs for patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients, collaborate with a dedicated care team, and help improve mobility, function, and quality of life for those you serve.

Position Responsibilities
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs
Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to help patients improve mobility, function, and independence
Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, home exercise programs, and recovery goals
Deliver care with professionalism, compassion, and a strong commitment to patient-centered service
Qualifications
Minimum of one (1) of the following required:
Current Montana Physical Therapy license
ORGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and must successfully obtain Montana Physical Therapy license within thirty (30) days of hire
Additional requirements:
Current HS AED CPR
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Self-starter with critical thinking skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism and diplomacy
