Work-From-Home Fitness Jobs

Working from home has many benefits such as less commute, more personal freedom, and less overhead cost from employers in regards to paying for office/gym space. There can be downfalls to working from home such as lack of structure, potential distractions, or challenges with time management. However, if you are self-motivated, organized, and good at follow-through, working from home may be a good fit for you.

Here are 3 Work-From-Home Fitness Jobs.
1. Virtual Personal Trainer. More and more people are working out to online fitness
videos. These videos can be pre-recorded or live. In addition, more companies are hiring
personal trainers to host virtual workouts for their customers/employees. Start your
YouTube channel today or apply to an online fitness app to host your own virtual fitness
2. Virtual Health Coach. Companies and individuals are interested in receiving health
coaching to better their health and wellness. First, get the training and credentials to
become a health coach. Once you have that, apply to an insurance company, app, or corporation that is hiring virtual coaches for their wellness program. You can also start your own virtual private practice.
3. Fitness & Health Writer. Write for a magazine or publication and work from home. Start your portfolio by writing for a personal blog or guest blogging for other people. Once you have a few writing samples, you can pitch your stories to your publications of choice.
