Typical Day – I get up early, check my emails/ facebook etc and run the kids ( 3 and 5 ) to school. Train an am client then head to work at The Salvation Army Kroc Center where I am a Part time Fitness Coordinator. At the Kroc Center I personally train clients, write programs, engage in healthily promotional work for the center. Teach Youth and Adult classes. After work I work out and get home to feed the kids dinner and get some family time before the night’s done.

My Current job as a Fitness Coordinator I got after working at the Kroc Center for 2 years as a Fitness Coach. Keep at it – never give up! Always keep learning – when you think you know it all, you are dead.. Don’t be dead. Change with times, but don’t change too much.
