What attracted you to the field of fitness and exercise? My passion is to inspire hope and help individuals understand and reverse the tragic and unsuspected effects of the modern diet and lack of movement that create weakness in the body’s physiological foundation.  Just like most of us in the health industry, I have had my own set of health challenges. I recently read that your purpose is hidden within your own wounds. Through trial and error I have discovered what health and wellness looks like for me and has inspired me to help others find their own balance.

A typical (or not so typical) day in the work-life for you: I work with women both in-person and remotely to educate and help them bring balance back to their bodies through movement, food, supplementation and lifestyle recommendations.

What skills were you born with and what skills have you learned along the way? I’m a ‘WHY” girl. I have always had the need to know “why” so if there is an issue, I’m a great detective. I love researching the “why” behind a problem and get to the root of what is causing distress in the body.

What advice do you have for others wanting to be just as successful and fulfilled as you? Never let numbers dictate your success. Influencing one’s life ripples and how it affects family members, friends and communities.

If you could be paid for your job with something other than a paycheck, what would it be? Witness the balance, change and hope restored in one’s life as a result of the opportunity to work with and influence another.
