Describe a typical (or not so typical) day-in-the-work-life for you: Up at 5am for my morning routine of affirmations, working out, and gratitude. Then my day is spent coaching my clients online, building my fitness businesses, and connecting with new people who are looking to change their life physically or financially.

How did you get your current job in health and wellness? I started working at my families 1st fitness club at the age of 19 as a sophomore in college.

What skills were you born with and what skills have you learned along the way? The ability to connect, be genuine, caring, and compassionate has always been a part of me. I have had to learn to be patient and to love people exactly where they are. I am not in the business of convincing.

What advice do you have for others wanting to be just as successful and fulfilled as you? Do not listen to the nay sayers. Keep away from the dream stealers. Don’t be afraid to leave the heard. Follow your heart and surround yourself with people that are doing exactly what you want to do.

If you could be paid for your job with something other than a paycheck, what would it be? I already am getting paid in emails, texts, and phone calls from all the people around the globe who I have made an impact on their life is some way, shape, or form. It’s what gets me up in the morning.
