A typical (or not so typical) day-in-the-work-life for you: During the summer its easier, but during school time I’m pretty routine I wake up around any time between 7-9 am. I then eat a light breakfast typically a shake or protein bar, then go into training mode for the next two hours. By the time it’s 11-12, I’m walking the dog, showering, cooking lunch. Between 1-3 I’m training a client or I’m doing homework. From 3-5 I pick up the kids I babysit, and from 5-7 I feed them and tutor them. If i have a client at night I’d train them from 7-8 I feed my two little sisters and prepare dinner for myself, Train last client if any from 8-9. Then the rest of the night is for games, music, television, essentially leisure time. Go to bed around 12 or 1 and repeat.

How did you get your current job in health and wellness? My brother actually, I was working at a wellness center associated with my school. My brother became a fan of CrossFit, and begun to create his own home garage gym.

What skills were you born with and what skills have you learned along the way? I would say passion if anything. Without passion I see no reason to continue with the journey of health and fitness. Along the ways I’ve started to learn what works and what doesn’t because no two people are alike.

What advice do you have for others wanting to be just as successful and fulfilled as you? Have your Dream A and nothing else, because if you start to think of Dream B you’ve already given up on Dream A

If you could be paid for your job with something other than a paycheck, what would it be? Most definitely either food, artwork, games, or cosplay … I’m a big time nerd.
